APN Setup Guide

Generic steps for accessing and configuring MiFi/WiFi routers are consistent across devices, though specific details may vary.

Step-by-step

1. Ensure the IQ Mobile SIM is inserted in the device.
2. Connect to the router using another device (phone, tablet, or laptop). Open your WiFi menu, locate the router's name (SSID) from the sticker on the device, and enter the WiFi password when prompted. Internet connectivity is not required for configuration, but you must be connected to the router.
3. Open a web browser and enter the router login address from the sticker in the address bar — this will be an IP address such as 192.168.8.1 or a web address. Do not use a search engine for this step.
4. A login page will appear. Enter the username and password from the router sticker (usually labelled Username/User and Password/Admin Password).
5. Navigate to the APN settings page, typically located under Connection Settings, Network Settings, or Mobile Settings menus.
6. Enable Data Roaming, then select the option to add an APN profile.

IQ Travel SIM (IQ Go) & IQ Mobile SIM-only Plans

1. Select the newly created APN profile and save your changes.
2. Reboot the router.
