What does "pre-configured" mean?▾
Before your phone leaves our warehouse, we activate the SIM, increase the font and icon sizes, and check everything is working. If you'd like us to pre-load contacts, just let us know at checkout.
Can I keep my existing phone number?▾
Yes. Text "PAC" to 65075 from your current SIM to get a porting code. Share it with us and we'll transfer your number, usually within one working day.
What network do the phones use?▾
All IQ Mobile plans use the best UK 5G network with 99% population coverage. This means strong signal in rural as well as urban areas.
What happens after the first free month?▾
After your included first month, your plan continues on our standard monthly SIM Only rates, starting from £8/month. You can cancel or change plan at any time.
Is this suitable for someone with dementia or low vision?▾
Yes. All our handsets use high-contrast displays and large text. The Emporia SMART.5 is particularly well suited to users with low vision. For users with more complex needs, our team can advise on the best option — just give us a call.
