When do I get my £5 credit?
Your £5 credit is added to your IQ account wallet once the person you referred pays their second monthly bill. This confirms they're a genuine, active customer.
Can I use my credit on anything?
You can apply your wallet credit to your next month's bill or cash it out. Options are shown in your my.helloiq.uk account portal.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No limit. Refer as many people as you like — each confirmed referral earns you another £5.
What's the difference between the customer referral and becoming a dealer?
The customer referral scheme is for IQ Mobile customers who want to share the love and get a small reward. The dealer / affiliate programme is a formal commercial arrangement — suitable for influencers, marketers, and businesses who want to make referring IQ Mobile a meaningful revenue stream.
