How much is the discount worth?▾
10% off your SIM purchase. Plans start from £7/month, so after the discount you'd be paying £6.30/month. On our most popular plans (30GB at £15/month) that's £13.50/month — a saving of £18 over the academic year.
Does the discount apply every month?▾
The code STUDENT10 applies to your SIM purchase and first payment. Your monthly plan price is already very competitive — we don't artificially inflate prices to make discounts look larger. The price you see in the shop is the honest price.
Can I use an eSIM on my phone?▾
If your phone was bought unlocked (or is network-unlocked), it will likely support eSIM. Most iPhones from XS onwards, and many Android phones from 2020 onwards, support eSIM. Check your settings under Mobile Data or SIM Management to confirm.
What if I need more data mid-month?▾
You can upgrade your plan at any time from my.helloiq.uk. The change takes effect immediately and you'll be billed pro-rata for the remainder of the month.
Is there a minimum term?▾
No. All IQ Mobile plans are rolling monthly. You can cancel any time with no exit fee. This makes it perfect for the academic year — or if you go on a year abroad and want to pause your UK plan.
