How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24). Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are sent the next working day.

Can I use my phone abroad?

Our Travel SIM plans are designed for use in 60+ countries. UK SIM Only plans include roaming in certain destinations — check your specific plan for details.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. All our SIM Only plans are rolling monthly — you can cancel at any time with no exit fees.

How do I transfer my number?

Text "PAC" to 65075 from your current SIM to get your porting code. Then share it with us during checkout or via the account portal and we'll handle the rest.
