IQ Mobile Limited — Standard Terms, Version 1.1

1. About us

IQ Mobile is operated by IQ Mobile Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09411131). Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. VAT No. GB204433646.

2. Definitions

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Charges:The money you agree to pay us under these Standard Terms in exchange for Goods and/or Services.
  • Consumer:An individual who buys Goods and/or Services for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
  • Business:Where you are not a Consumer and buy Goods and/or Services for purposes wholly or mainly within your trade, business, craft or profession.
  • Contract:The relevant contract(s) between us and you for each item of Goods and/or each Service purchased.
  • Goods:Any physical products (including SIM cards and handsets) supplied by IQ Mobile Limited.
  • Services:Mobile telecommunications services provided under these terms, including SIM, eSIM and data services.

3. Our products

We sell SIM cards, eSIMs, and mobile handsets. All SIM and eSIM products operate on the UK mobile network. Coverage is subject to network availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times and in all locations.

4. Ordering and payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our systems. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday the same working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery is free on all orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the Goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Activated SIM cards and eSIMs are non-refundable once activated. Consumer statutory rights are not affected. See our Returns Policy for full details.

7. Charges and billing

Monthly plans are billed in advance. Out-of-bundle usage (calls, texts, and data beyond your allowance) is charged at standard rates. International and roaming charges apply where applicable — see our Pricing and Roaming page for current rates.

You acknowledge that roaming and international charges may be billed up to 3 months in arrears depending on when charges are reported to us by the network.

8. Acceptable use

Our SIMs are for personal, non-commercial use only unless purchased under a business agreement. You must not use our services for unlawful purposes, to cause harm, to send unsolicited communications, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for breach of this clause.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Subject to the above, IQ Mobile Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total Charges paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018. By purchasing from us, you consent to our use of your data as described in that policy.

11. Assignment

The Contract is personal to you. You may not assign the Contract without our prior written consent. We may assign this Contract or subcontract any of the Services at our discretion (acting reasonably).

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Where you are domiciled in the UK, any dispute or claim arising from the Contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of your country of domicile. Where you are domiciled outside the UK, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
