The UK's best coverage, without the premium price

IQ Mobile is an MVNO on the EE network — 99% UK population coverage, fairer pricing, no contract.

What is an MVNO?

An MVNO is a mobile virtual network operator. Put simply: we don't build our own masts. IQ Mobile runs on the EE network — the UK's widest-coverage network — by buying wholesale access to it and reselling it under our own brand.

Because we're not paying to run the infrastructure, our costs are lower. That's how you get the same signal and the same 99% UK population coverage, without paying a premium-network price for it.

Check coverage at your postcode

The best way to be sure is to check the postcodes that matter to you — home, work, school. Our checker shows real signal strength on the network before you order.

Common questions
Which network does IQ Mobile use?

IQ Mobile runs on the EE network — the UK’s widest-coverage mobile network, reaching 99% of the UK population. As an MVNO we buy wholesale access to that network and pass the saving on to you.

Is the coverage the same as EE?

Your phone connects to the same masts, so you get the same coverage footprint and 99% UK population coverage. The simplest way to be sure is to check your home, work and school postcodes with our coverage checker before you order.

What is an MVNO?

An MVNO is a mobile virtual network operator. Instead of building and running our own masts, we buy wholesale access to an established network and resell it under our own brand and pricing. It means lower running costs for us, and fairer prices for you, on coverage you already trust.

Will my existing phone work?

Almost certainly. Any unlocked phone that works on the major UK networks will work with an IQ Mobile SIM or eSIM. You can keep your number too — text "PAC" to 65075 from your current SIM and share the code when you activate.

Do I get 5G?

Yes — 5G is included on our data plans where the network has 5G coverage and you have a 5G-capable phone, at no extra cost. The Calls & Texts plan is 4G.
