IQ Mobile was born out of a simple idea: mobile should be easy to understand, fair to use, and accessible to everyone. Too many people were paying premium-network prices for coverage they could get for less, or wrestling with phones and plans that were never designed for them.
So we built something simpler. From our base in Bath, UK, we offer SIM-only plans, Travel SIMs, eSIMs, and senior-friendly phones — with no contracts, transparent pricing, and a UK-based team you can actually talk to. We look after families who want their children kept safe online, older customers who want a phone that just works, and travellers who want to stay connected without bill shock.

Our network, plainly
IQ Mobile is an MVNO — a mobile virtual network operator. In plain English, that means we don't build our own masts. We buy wholesale access to the EE network, the UK's widest-coverage network, and pass the saving on to you. You get the same signal — 99% UK population coverage — without paying a premium for it.
