Using Your IQ Mobile SIM Abroad
IQ Mobile plans include roaming in selected European destinations on eligible plans. Here's what you need to know before you travel.
Which plans include EU roaming?
EU roaming is included on all plans from the Standard plan (£18/month) and above. Starter and Essential plans do not include roaming. Log in to my.helloiq.uk to check whether your plan includes it.
What's included when roaming?

Activating roaming
- Log in at my.helloiq.uk.
- Go to My SIM → Roaming.
- Enable EU Roaming.
- Ensure international roaming is also enabled in your phone's mobile settings.

IQ Mobile UK SIM roaming covers Europe only. If you're travelling to the USA, Asia, Australia, or anywhere outside Europe, consider an IQ Go SIM for European destinations or an iqtravel.net eSIM for worldwide coverage (100+ countries).
Roaming charges apply if you call non-UK numbers or use your phone in countries not covered by your roaming allowance. Check the full roaming destinations list in your account portal.
