What happens if I need data outside Europe?▾

Does my phone need to be unlocked?▾
Yes. Your device must be network-unlocked to use IQ Go. Most UK networks unlock phones for free on request — contact your provider and allow a few days. Phones purchased outright (e.g. from a manufacturer or retailer) are usually unlocked already.
How quickly will my SIM arrive?▾
