Setup

To configure voicemail, dial 555 (or +447870020555 if you need the full voicemail number). The default PIN is 0000 — change this promptly. Do not withhold your number during setup, as the network must verify your identity.

When Calls Route to Voicemail

Incoming calls transfer to voicemail when you are without signal, your phone is powered off, or calls remain unanswered. These routing conditions are referred to as "diverts" and can be customised.

Cost Information

Calls to your voicemail (dialling 555 from your handset) when in the UK or EU are free. Outside the EU, roaming charges apply.

Recording a Personal Greeting

Dial 555 from your IQ Mobile SIM and follow the prompts from the automated menu to record a custom greeting.

Saving Voicemail Messages

After listening to a message, the system prompts you to repeat, delete, or save. Select the appropriate keypad button.

Disabling Voicemail

You may disable voicemail by contacting customer services. When disabled, callers will not be able to leave you a voicemail. Changes may require up to 24 hours to take effect.

Diverts and Call Forwarding

Conditional diverts can be configured through your phone settings (typically under call forwarding/call diverting). The voicemail number is +447870020555.
