Before you switch — check your current contract

If you are in a contract with your current network, check when it ends. Leaving early usually incurs early termination charges (the remaining months' cost). If you are outside of contract or rolling monthly, you can leave immediately — your provider cannot charge you.

The switching process

  4. Choose your monthly plan (from £7/month).
  5. Your number transfers the next working day.
  6. Cancel your old contract (your provider must cancel within 1 working day of your request).
