Changing or Cancelling Your Plan

All IQ Mobile plans are rolling monthly with no exit fees. You are free to change or cancel at any time.

Changing your plan

  1. Log in at my.helloiq.uk.
  2. Go to My Plan.
  3. Select Change Plan and choose your new plan.
  4. Confirm the change.

Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. For example, if your billing date is the 15th and you switch on the 10th, the new plan begins on the 15th. You will not be charged twice.

Cancelling your plan

  1. Log in at my.helloiq.uk.
  2. Go to My Plan → Cancel Plan.
  3. Confirm cancellation.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to your plan (calls, texts, data) until that date. There are no early termination fees.

What happens to your number?

If you cancel and wish to keep your number, request a PAC code from my.helloiq.uk before your plan ends. You have 30 days to use it. If you do not port your number, it will be released after your SIM becomes inactive.
