Your IQ Mobile billing is straightforward, but here is a clear breakdown of what you pay and when.
The £10 SIM purchase
When you order a SIM (physical or eSIM), you pay a one-off £10. This is not a deposit — it covers the cost of the SIM itself. You do not commit to a plan at this point.
Your monthly plan
You choose your plan during activation at my.helloiq.uk. Your first monthly charge is taken on the day you activate. Each month after that, billing recurs on the same date.

No hidden charges
There are no activation fees, no admin fees, and no exit fees. If you cancel, your plan simply does not renew at the next billing date — you keep access until the end of your current paid month.
