Topping Up Data
Ran out of data before your next billing date? Here's how to add more.
UK SIM Only plans
You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time from my.helloiq.uk. The upgrade takes effect immediately — you will be billed the difference pro-rated for the remaining days of your current billing period.
- Log in at my.helloiq.uk.
- Go to My Plan → Change Plan.
- Select a plan with more data and confirm.
IQ Go travel SIMs
IQ Go uses monthly data bundles managed separately from your UK SIM. To buy more data for your IQ Go SIM:
- Log in at my.helloiq.uk.
- Select your IQ Go SIM from your account.
- Choose a data add-on bundle and confirm purchase.
- Your additional data is added immediately.
Checking your remaining data
You can check your remaining data at any time by logging into my.helloiq.uk. You can also text BALANCE to 150 from your IQ Mobile SIM to get a quick balance reply.
The IQ Mobile app is coming soon — you will be able to check data usage and top up directly from your phone.
