Your IQ Mobile Account — A Guide to my.helloiq.uk
Your IQ Mobile account at my.helloiq.uk is where you manage everything — plans, data, billing, and your SIMs.
Creating your account
Visit my.helloiq.uk and click Create Account. Use the email address you used to order your SIM. If you bought an eSIM, your account may already be pre-created — try Sign In first with the email from your order confirmation.
What you can do in your account
- View all your SIMs (UK SIM and IQ Go) in one place.
- Check remaining data and call allowances.
- Change your monthly plan.
- Top up data mid-month.
- View billing history and download invoices.
- Cancel your plan.
- Request a PAC code to port your number away.
- Update your contact details and payment method.
Managing multiple SIMs
If you have both a UK SIM and an IQ Go travel SIM, both appear in your account under My SIMs. You can switch between them to check usage or buy data for each independently.
Troubleshooting login issues
- Forgotten password: click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the email link.
- No account found: make sure you're using the same email as your original order. Contact support if you cannot locate it.
- Two-factor authentication: we may send a one-time code to your registered email for security on new devices.
The IQ Mobile app is on its way — soon you'll be able to manage your SIMs, check data, handle billing, and access your referral rewards all from your phone. Watch this space.
