Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. Delivery is to the address provided at checkout — we cannot redirect orders once dispatched.

Tracking your order

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking reference. Visit royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your reference to see live delivery status.

My order hasn't arrived

  • Check the tracking reference in your dispatch email on the Royal Mail website.
  • Royal Mail may have left a "Something for you" card if no one was available — check your letterbox and local delivery office.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact your local Royal Mail delivery office with your reference.
  • If your order is more than 3 working days late, contact our team on 01225 588101 or via the contact page and we will investigate.

eSIM orders are delivered instantly by email — no physical delivery is involved. Check your spam folder if you have not received your QR code within a few minutes of purchase.
