What's the difference between eSIM and physical SIM?▾
A physical SIM is a small plastic card delivered by post in 3–5 days — works in all phones. An eSIM is digital, activated by scanning a QR code — no delivery, works in most modern smartphones (iPhone XS+, most Android flagships from 2019+). Both cost £10.
Can I keep my existing phone number?▾
Yes. Text "PAC" to 65075 from your current SIM. You'll receive a porting code instantly. Share it with us when you activate and we'll handle the transfer — usually completed within one working day.
