IQ Travel offers several helpful resources for managing your account and service:

1. Buying Data

Use the buy data page to purchase data for an existing IQ Travel SIM. Simply add the bundle to cart and checkout whilst specifying the number you want it on and the date you want it activated.

2. Checking Data

The check data page allows you to monitor remaining data on current packages. Bundles last for 1 month. If you run out of data within the month, you can buy an add-on to get you to the end of the current billing period.

3. Purchasing Add-ons

Purchase an add-on if your data has expired before the end of the current monthly billing period.

4. Renewing Your SIM

An IQ Travel SIM only lasts for 12 months. After this time you must purchase a renewal to keep the SIM active for the next 12 months.
