> IQ Mobile is a UK mobile virtual network operator selling no-contract SIM Only plans, eSIMs, Travel SIMs, senior-friendly phones and mobile routers on the EE network, with 99% UK population coverage and UK-based support.

## When to use this site

Do not use IQ Mobile for:

- Anything outside the United Kingdom: IQ Mobile sells to UK addresses and bills in GBP.

- Home fixed-line broadband, TV or landline services, which IQ Mobile does not sell.

## Key facts

- **Network:** EE — the same masts as EE, with 99% UK population coverage on 4G and 5G.
- **Contract:** None. Every plan is rolling monthly and can be cancelled at any time with no exit fee.
- **SIM cost:** £10 one-off for a physical SIM or an eSIM. The monthly plan is chosen at activation, not at checkout.
- **Monthly plans:** £7 to £30 per month. Unlimited UK calls and texts on every plan.
- **Delivery:** Free standard UK delivery in 3–5 working days; express options available at checkout.
- **eSIM delivery:** The eSIM QR code is emailed within a few hours of ordering, not instantly.
- **Keeping your number:** Text PAC to 65075 on your old SIM, then give us the code at activation. Usually transferred within one working day.
