If you’re unhappy about any service or product you have received, IQ Mobile will endeavour to resolve it in the quickest and most efficient manner.

Making a complaint:

If you cannot find your answer on our FAQ section, then our customer service team are on hand to help. Our dedicated customer service team will do their best to help you, but if you’re still unhappy please raise a complaint by following the below procedure:

· All complaints must be in writing. You can do this by either sending a letter to our customer service office (IQ Mobile Customer Services, The Clock Tower, Talbot Street, Nottingham, NG1 5GG) or by emailing

· Please ensure you provide us with your full name, customer reference or account number and your IQ Mobile phone number the complaint is regarding. We will also need your contact details.

· Please provide as much detail regarding the complaint as possible as this will assist us in resolving it for you.

We will always aim to resolve your complaint within 14 working days, however, due to the complex nature of some complaints this cannot be guaranteed.
